Commercial Manager (Scaffolding)

ROLE: Commercial Manager - Scaffolding Job Description: ESD are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Manager with a strong background in scaffolding to join our Clients team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with Tier 1 contractors and will be well-versed in the scaffolding industry, particularly within a NASC accredited environment.
Key Responsibilities: - Oversee commercial operations, ensuring profitability and compliance with industry standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with Tier 1 contractors to drive business growth.
- Manage contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and project budgets.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely delivery and quality of scaffolding services.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and NASC guidelines.
Qualifications: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a commercial management role within the scaffolding sector.
- Proven experience working with Tier 1 contractors and understanding their requirements.
- Strong knowledge of NASC standards and scaffolding regulations.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Degree in construction management, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
