This is a unique opportunity for someone passionate about music and skilled in commercial strategy to work closely with some of the most celebrated independent labels.
Key Duties: Serve as the main contact for UK head office accounts, presenting campaigns for multiple independent music labels.
Partner with the Senior team to develop strong retailer relationships, ensuring smooth execution of campaigns that maximize sales impact.
Work collaboratively with teams to manage account administration, meet campaign deadlines, and maintain high standards in client service.
Propose strategic initiatives for new releases, advising clients to enhance creative and commercial opportunities.
Lead negotiations to secure beneficial deals for labels, ensuring client satisfaction while promoting label visibility and sales.
The Ideal Candidate: 2-3 years' experience in a similar role.
Proven experience in physical or digital music sales, with an in-depth understanding of the retail and independent music landscape.
Exceptional communication skills with a collaborative spirit; you can build and nurture relationships with both internal teams and external partners.
Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
