We're searching for a visionary leader to lead our team as we embark on an exciting journey of growth and innovation.
You will be the bridge between Land Recovery and our Aggregates business, leading the commercial strategy that will shape our future.
This role combines on-site collaboration with flexible, hybrid working conditions around the Midlands, North East and North West, giving you the space to drive strategic initiatives while working closely with teams across both businesses.

You will develop and implement a commercial strategy that aligns Land Recovery with our broader Aggregates goals, leveraging market trends and industry forecasts.
You will lead and take full responsibility for the P&L of the Sturton site, driving the development and execution of a sand and gravel strategy tailored to our northern business.
Act as the key link between Land Recovery and Aggregates, integrating teams and fostering a unified approach to business growth.
Effectively communicate and cascade business strategy throughout the commercial team, monitoring its effectiveness.
Strengthen partnerships with key clients, ensuring we meet their needs and position ourselves as their preferred choice.
Establish and nurture relationships with key business customers, understanding their objectives and ensuring successful delivery.
Proactively identify and secure major opportunities, positioning the business as the preferred choice in the market.
