About the Company Our client is a leading global player in the data center industry, continuously expanding across the EMEA region.
The company is focused on driving its commercial success and building a high-performing team.
They are now looking for a Manager, Commercial PMG to support their growing business.

About the Role As the Manager, Commercial PMG EMEA, you will play a critical role in supporting commercial operations, providing key insights and analysis, and assisting with the implementation of governance processes.
You will collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to support decision-making, helping to drive profitability and operational efficiency.
This role offers you the opportunity to work within a dynamic and rapidly growing sector, giving you valuable experience in a global setting.
Commercial Governance : Assist in the development and implementation of commercial governance processes, ensuring they are aligned with global policies.
Manage the EMEA Commercial Matrix to reflect changing business authorities, ensuring commercial approvals follow the correct processes.
Define and report KPIs to measure the efficiency of governance processes and manage actions to improve them.
Commercial Analysis and Insights : Work with senior leaders and Sales Operations teams to develop commercial analysis and insights that inform decision-making.
Provide data-driven insights on pricing, contract performance, and market trends to support business growth across the EMEA region.
Pricing Strategy : Support the development and management of pricing tools across EMEA, ensuring consistency in commercial processes.
Assist with the pricing strategy for Energy, Cross Connect, and other products.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with Sales, Finance, and Business Strategy teams to support commercial operations, helping ensure that pricing, approvals, and analysis are aligned with broader business objectives.
About You You are an analytical and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-moving environment.
You are passionate about commercial operations and want to expand your expertise as part of a high-performing team.
3-5 years of experience in a commercial role, ideally in the technology or data center sector.
Strong skills in financial modelling and commercial governance.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing commercial processes.
Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with Salesforce.com or Apttus (preferred).
A finance qualification (ACA/CIMA) is an advantage.
