Newly created Commercial Manager (CM) role reports into Sales and Marketing manager – no line reports.
The role is to engage with NHS prescribers and commissioners, creating market access for the Company's product portfolio and drive prescribing.
The role will be responsible for realising any additional commercial opportunities for the portfolio outside NHS prescribers.
Customer base is likely to be, but not limited to: Large / mid pharmacy chains Hospital tenders Buying groups Pharmacy associations Telehealth and private providers Role responsibilities Introduce new product to UK– working with pharmacy chains and hospital tenders to ensure awareness and uptake.
Manage relationships with large and medium pharmacy chains to ensure opportunity to fulfil generic scripts is maximised.
Establish tender process for recently acquired hospital products.
Scope out opportunities and build relationships with telehealth providers to determine any untapped opportunities with branded products Requirements Demonstrate commercial capability and have existing relationships with some of the groups listed above Competent with the tender process across the whole of the UK.
This role will evolve with the right person, we need somebody to take the initial vision for the role and make it their own.
