Due to company growth, our client is looking to bring a Commercial Manager in to add further value to the team.
As Commercial Manager, you will oversee strategic commercial operations, focusing on identifying growth opportunities.
Key responsibilities include managing client relationships, analysing existing strategies, and implementing action plans to drive improvements.
You'll work closely with department heads to ensure best practices in commercial management are followed across the company.
Commercial Manager What's in it for you?
Monday to Friday 08:00 - 5:00 (Office based).
Salary - £55,000 - £65,000.

Commercial Manager Position Overview Manage sub-contractor applications, ensuring timely communication.
Oversee issuance of service agreements for sub-contractors.
Resolve monthly defects and incurred costs with sub-contractors.
Assist operational teams with valuations, costings, and ongoing education.
Support estimators in accurate pricing using historical data.
Oversee monthly client payments and ensure accurate reporting.
Collaborate with teams to manage WIP and improve cash flow.
Build strong relationships with sub-contractors and ensure compliance.
Manage order issuance and provide support to operational teams.
Lead dispute resolution and provide ongoing feedback to teams.
Commercial Manager Position Requirements Minimum of 3 years' experience, working in the Construction Industry.
Working toward or hold Financial Qualifications or equivalent QS accreditation.
Experience with Microsoft office suite of products (preference Access).
Strong analytical skills.
Good communication skills.
Excellent time management.
