COMMERCIAL MANAGERNEW OPPORTUNITY AVAILABLE IN VARIOUS LOCATIONS FOR A COMMERCIAL MANAGER TO JOIN A GROWING AEROSPACE & DEFENCE BUSINESS UNITHybrid role, averaging 2 days per week on-siteBristol, London, Manchester, Birmingham, Glasgow or Aldershot basedUp to £80,000 per annumSC clearance required (or the ability to obtain it)WHAT WILL THE COMMERCIAL MANAGER BE DOING?The role of the Commercial Manager encompasses varying duties from improving the skills and experience of the wider commercial team to reviewing, drafting, and negotiating different types of agreements, such as prime and subcontracts, NDAs, MOUs, teaming agreements, and back-to-back subcontracts.
Other responsibilities include:Leading the commercial governance process for bidsAnalysing and negotiating contract terms and conditionsCommercial risk identification, mitigation, and managementWE NEED THE COMMERCIAL MANAGER TO HAVE THE FOLLOWING…Several years' experience in sales and/or procurement commercial management, willing to work in both fields.Either Aerospace, Defence or Central Government industry experienceGood grasp of contract lawKnowledge of contractual documents including NDAs and MOUsKnowledge of UK Export Controls and ITAR is desirableSC clearance or the ability to obtain is essentialTO BE CONSIDERED….Please either apply by clicking online or emailing me directly to ******.
