Commercial Manager

Elevation Recruitment Group are currently working with a major modular construction company in their search for a Commercial Manager.
Based in East Yorkshire with hybrid working, this is a key role to manage a commercial team that deliver on post-delivery commercial contracts for rental modular buildings.
As Commercial Manager you will be responsible for maintaining cashflow, maximising margins and delivering final accounts.
The Commercial Manager will be responsible for: Managing a team of commercial staff Developing and training the team to provide career advancement and to deliver successful financial outcomes.
Ensuring payment plans are in place and adhered to to maintain cashflow Negotiating financial accounts and resolving disputes Regularly review and manage risks and mitigations Ensuring costs and margins are closely measured on each project Attending client meetings to ensure the appropriate resources and payment plans are in place.
