Commercial Litigation NQ- 3 Years PQE Central Manchester Salary from £35-£60,000 DOE Full Time Office Based I am representing a Law Firm in Central Manchester who are looking for experience Litigation NQ – 3 Year PQE Solicitors for a number of live roles within a busy Litigation team who focus on Commercial Litigation matters.

The Day to day: Working on a range of Litigated files from inception to completion as part of a busy team of Solicitors.
Working on Recoveries, Disputes, and General Litigated matters.
Adhere to court timeframes for filing of documents, supports by the use of Proclaim case management systems.
Handling mediations between group companies and their clients.
Maximising litigation recoveries.
Renegotiating contracts to support client retention.
Maintaining strategic relationships with litigation partners.
The Ideal Litigation Solicitor needs: NQ – 3 Years Litigation exposure.
Be commercially minded and able to work as part of a dynamic team.
Key focus on client care.
