Job Description Job Title: Commercial Litigation Solicitor (1-2 Years PQE) Location: Manchester (Remote Needed in once a week) Salary: £40,000 Job Type: Full Time, Remote Based The Overview of the client: A niche legal practice in Manchester is looking for an experienced Civil | Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a full-time position.

The role is ideal for someone around 1–2 years PQE who has a background in Dispute Resolution.

The Solicitor will be responsible for the successful management of civil litigation/dispute matters from inception to conclusion.

The position can be remote (home), office-based, or a combination of the two.
Office attendance is required a minimum of one day per month.

Duties will include: Handling a broad range of disputes including property disputes, debt recovery, commercial disputes, employment, and contract law.
Assessing and vetting potential new claims.
Dealing with complex and non-routine cases exercising appropriate levels of delegation and risk management.
