Commercial Litigation Partner – Edinburgh/Glasgow

This independent commercial law firm in Scotland is currently recruiting for a Partner to join its highly ranked Litigation Team in either Edinburgh or Glasgow.
The team is involved in managing a diverse range of litigation transactions, including real estate litigation, Court of Session and Sheriff Court litigation, Planning Inquiries, Mediations, Lands Tribunal, and Land Court cases.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' PQE and a strong background in commercial litigation, with prior experience in managing cases in both the Sheriff Court and the Court of Session being highly desirable.
