Award winning boutique Commercial Litigation London law firm is looking to a hire a new Commercial Litigation Legal PA to work for one Partner and a small team of Associates to take on a very involved position, this firm is very inclusive and are very well known to the market with how well they look after their team.

To £55,000+ salary plus very generous bonus Office based 5 days per week 9:30am – 5:30pm + paid overtime Commercial Litigation Legal PA Key Responsibilities:
Extensive diary management (proactively and accurately monitor/oversee inboxes, calendars, diaries and travel) Manage billing and expenses processes on behalf of the team.
Be an effective and professional gatekeeper, to include managing telephone calls, taking accurate messages and being an ambassador both internally and externally for team and first port of call for clients Demonstrate confidentiality, diplomacy and a thorough understanding of the group and clients who you support Commercial Litigation Legal PA Key Skills & Requirements:
2-3 years proven commercial litigation experience working in a Legal PA style role in a legal environment / law firm Advanced knowledge of various MS software programs and team management skills are essential Digital dictation experience
