We are partnering with a reputable law firm and we're looking for a skilled and motivated Commercial Litigation Solicitor (2- 4 PQE) to join their dynamic team.
Role Overview: As a Commercial Litigation Solicitor, you will advise corporate and commercial clients, local authorities, public bodies, and private individuals.
Your work will involve litigation, including advocacy and various forms of alternative dispute resolution.
You will be part of a close-knit team handling high-value, complex commercial litigation cases.
Key Responsibilities: Manage general commercial litigation, including corporate disputes and contract disputes.
Handle intellectual property disputes, competition litigation, and group litigation.
Work on contentious trust and executry cases, contributing to a team ranked as band 1 by Legal 500.
Engage in licensing board work, insolvency matters, and tax litigation.
Support contentious executries and assorted general litigation.
Participate in business development initiatives to promote the firm's services.
Qualifications: Qualified solicitor (2-4 PQE) with experience in commercial litigation.
Strong commitment to professional ethics and a collaborative team environment.
Ability to manage a varied workload effectively.
Proven track record of delivering a first-class service to clients.
Accurate and concise in both written and verbal communication.
