My client is a Top law firm based in Leeds, and they have an opportunity for a Commercial Disputes Resolution Associate who wants to join a growing and successful team that specialises in a caseload of commercial disputes.
The firm's Litigation and Dispute Resolution team is one of the largest outside London, and operates nationally and internationally.
In this role the successful Commercial Dispute Resolution Associate will have the opportunity to act on both domestic and international disputes for UK and global companies and entrepreneurs, advising them on the resolution of their complex and high value disputes.

The successful candidate will be: Working as part of partner led teams, and will have the opportunity to lead their own appropriate cases, advising clients across of broad range of commercial business matters.
Gaining experience and knowledge working for major clients operating in key sectors of banking and alternative lending, real estate development, energy waste and infrastructure, food and drink, complex high value machinery, private equity and retail and leisure.
Working in specialist areas as well as general disputes practice and encouraged to develop their own specialism that excites them, whether that be in reputation management, public procurement, protection of confidential information, fraud and asset tracing, pensions disputes or a range of other specialist areas.
Building close collaborative working relationships with their own team and with a network across the wider firm.
Dealing with advisory work (dispute avoidance, pre-disputes assessments) as well as experiencing the full range of formal disputes work covering litigation, arbitration, expert determination, adjudication and mediation.
