Commercial Litigation Associate

A leading boutique litigation law firm in London is seeking to hire an exceptional Associate Solicitor with 3-4 years PQE to join its award-winning team.
The ideal candidate will be UK qualified with excellent academics and a proven track record of success in litigation.

Responsibilities:
Handling a range of complex litigation matters, including commercial disputes, shareholder actions, and insolvency proceedingsConducting legal research and analysisDrafting and reviewing legal documents, such as pleadings, court orders, and contractsAdvising clients on litigation strategy and risk managementRepresenting clients in court and at mediationWorking closely with senior lawyers and other members of the team
Requirements:
UK law degree and LPC3-4 years PQE in a reputable law firmExcellent academic recordStrong litigation experience, including commercial disputes, shareholder actions, and insolvency proceedingsExcellent research, writing, and analytical skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong client service orientation
