Commercial IP/IT Associate Solicitor (4 years+) An independent law firm is looking for a motivated Associate to join its IP/IT team in Glasgow/Edinburgh.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who values an inclusive culture and seeks growth in a supportive, agile work environment.

About the Role You will work with a variety of commercial contracts, technology, information law, intellectual property and compliance matters.
This includes working directly with clients across sectors like government, education, financial services, technology and life sciences, both in the UK and internationally.
The role offers early responsibility and a broad range of tasks, keeping the work dynamic and engaging.

Key Responsibilities: Working on projects such as ICT procurement, data protection compliance, brand and trademark protection, IP licensing, SaaS agreements and more Contributing to training sessions for clients Engaging in networking activities Collaborating on projects with an international network of legal partners About You: 4+ years' PQE Strong communication skills, with a clear and simple style The ability to manage tasks independently with support available as needed A team-oriented approach but can work confidently on your own A commitment to providing excellent client service Work Environment and Benefits This firm supports work-life balance and values diversity.
