We are recruiting for an experienced Commercial Installation Manager to join a leading provider of premium-quality aluminium systems, delivering innovative and durable solutions to the trade and commercial sectors.
Their product portfolio includes aluminium windows, doors, curtain wall systems, shopfronts, commercial doors, roller shutters, and entrance doors.
As a Senior Commercial Installation Manager, you will oversee and manage the installation of premium aluminium systems for commercial projects.
You will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality standards are met, delivering projects on time and within budget, and maintaining excellent client relationships.
This position requires a hands-on approach, strong leadership, and an in-depth understanding of aluminium system installations.
Key Responsibilities Lead and manage installation teams to deliver high-quality installations of aluminium systems, including windows, doors, curtain walls, shopfronts, and roller shutters.
Plan, schedule, and oversee all installation activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Conduct site surveys and prepare installation plans in collaboration with the project and design teams.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards throughout all phases of installation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Monitor and evaluate project progress, addressing any issues or challenges promptly.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to the installation team, resolving any on-site technical challenges.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve installation processes and develop best practices.
Prepare and present regular project updates and reports to senior management.
Qualifications and Experience: Proven experience in managing commercial installations, preferably within the aluminium systems industry.
In-depth knowledge of aluminium windows, doors, curtain wall systems, and related products.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate diverse teams.
Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and quality standards in construction.
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
