Job Title: Commercial Gas Engineer Location: Oxford and Surrounding Areas Salary: Up to £47,000 + Van + Fuel Card Job Type: Full-time, Permanent About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Commercial Gas Engineer to join a leading facilities management company, covering Oxford and the surrounding areas.
You will be responsible for the maintenance, servicing, and repair of commercial gas systems across a variety of commercial properties, ensuring compliance and safety at all times.
Key Responsibilities: * Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on commercial gas boilers, heating systems, and appliances.
* Diagnose and repair faults efficiently to minimise downtime for clients.
* Conduct gas safety inspections, testing, and certification in line with industry regulations.
* Provide excellent customer service across various commercial sites, including offices, schools, healthcare facilities, and retail spaces.
* Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and gas industry standards.
Requirements: * Valid Commercial Gas Qualifications (COCN1, CODNCO1, CIGA1, CORT1, ICPN1).
* Experience working in the commercial facilities maintenance sector.
* Strong knowledge of gas compliance and safety regulations.
* Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently.
* Full UK driving licence.
