Commercial Gas Engineer

LOCATION: Birmingham and surrounding SALARY: £44/£45K private health care, van (can be used for personal use), fuelcard overtime.
JOB INFORMATION Based from home and working on a mobile basis you would be responsible for carrying out maintenance and repair on a wide range of commercial gas appliances You would be responsible for carrying out PPM Schedules and meeting set KPI Targets covering commercial sites including car show rooms, offices, communal student accommodation, care homes and other commercial sites 24 hour rota for emergency call out - standby allowance paid and overtime rates apply (1 in 5) Plenty of overtime available, as is future prospects and progression 22 days rising to 25 by 1 day per year, van which can be used for personal use, private health care, COMPANY INFORMATION Reputable and well established Building Services company specialising in M&E Engineering including commercial gas/HVAC maintenance Close working relationships with high profile clients meaning long term contracts and security Dedicated to all aspects of maintenance and repair on a wide range of appliances including commercial boilers/burners, oil, chillers, air conditioning Excellent reputation for delivering quality and high standards of service.
