Commercial Finance Manager

Robert Half are pleased to be exclusively partnering with a global organisation based in Swindon to recruit a Commercial Finance Manager.
This role will partner closely with senior stakeholders internally across Europe and Asia, and requires a commercially astute qualified accountant.
The role The Commercial Finance Manager will be responsible for a range of duties requiring them to be hands on whilst also capable of partnering with senior stakeholders.
This role would suit someone who has proven business partnering/FP&A experience with at least 4 years post qualified experience.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Supporting the EMEA & APAC Managing Directors and Commercial Team in analysing the profitability and capacity in the region.
Financial consolidation and analysis of EMEA-APAC revenue, profit and capex monthly.
Assisting in the preparation of detailed quarterly forecasts.
Leading on projects to support with transformation and change.
Management of the annual business plan process Assist with investment appraisals .
Financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting.
Managing a team of 3.
Quarterly travel overseas when required.
Profile The successful candidate will have the following skills/attributes: ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with 4+ years post qualified experience.
Experience of working for a global business in a commercial capacity (business partnering, FP&A, commercial finance).
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Intermediate to advanced excel skills.
Line management experience.
Package £65,000 - £75,000 base salary.
Car allowance.
Bonus (up to 15%).
