About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and astute Commercial Finance Manager with proven experience in commercial finance within the alcoholic beverage industry (exposure to the US market is considered a strong advantage).
Reporting to the CEO & Founder, you will be a strategic partner to the finance, sales, and marketing teams, providing insightful financial guidance that propels our brands to new heights.

Start your day anytime between 8am-11am and enjoy the option to work from home on Mondays and Fridays, plus up to 6 additional WFH days per year.
Our offices are located in West London.
Role Responsibilities Sales & Marketing Partnership: Act as a trusted financial advisor to the sales and marketing teams, providing data-driven insights and analysis to optimize regional performance.
This includes evaluating pricing strategies, commercial agreements, budgets, forecasts, and ROI to identify opportunities for improvement.
Financial Analysis and Reporting: Prepare monthly management accounts, variance analysis, and insightful commentary.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Pricing and Profitability: Evaluate product pricing strategies and monitor profitability by product, channel, and region.
Identify opportunities to enhance profitability.
Cost Management: Analyse cost drivers and implement initiatives to optimise resource utilisation, particularly in sales and marketing.
Financial Modelling: Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and investment decisions.
Assess the viability of new business opportunities and marketing campaigns.
Requirements Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience in a commercial finance or FP&A role within the alcoholic beverage industry.
Experience with the US 3-tier system is considered a strong advantage.
Professional Qualification (Preferred): A professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) is highly preferred but not essential if you have exceptional industry experience.
Technical Proficiency: Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
Expertise in accounting and financial management software (Xero and Dext experience a plus).
Advanced Excel skills are essential.
Business Acumen: Deep understanding of business drivers and the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across the organization.
Problem-Solving: Proactive and solution-oriented approach to challenges, with the ability to identify and implement improvements.
