We're looking for a Business Performance Partner to deliver financial performance partnering to the business.
You'll play a crucial role in identifying commercial risks and opportunities, whilst also driving short term sales and profit growth - helping us towards becoming a leading brand within wellbeing drinks.
You'll be a key, commercially minded voice within business-wide messaging around financial performance - providing clear insight, analysis and partnering to Sales and Marketing teams, all with the goal of achieving key financial metrics collaboratively.
Key Responsibilities Delivering the right information tracking / insight at the right time, to drive decisions through business rhythm.
Partnering performance interventions in the 0-18 month short to mid-term, to drive sales and profit growth.
Business partnering with the Commercial and Brand hub teams, to ensure financially robust and business-driving opportunities are identified and created.
Providing financial collaboration, analysis, reporting, modelling and forecasting to stakeholders of diverse remits across the business, with commentary and support tailored to their financial understanding.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Demonstrable experience of hands-on commercial finance business partnering within FMCG and tailoring your approach based on level of financial understanding / buy-in.
A passion for commercial finance and the positive impact of partnering with sales and marketing teams.
An ability to turn insight and information into ideas and to be able to translate finance information to non-finance colleagues.
A growth mindset to find new ways to make our plans work financially and strategically.
A mindset for accuracy and passion for delivering on time in full.
