Commercial Director - Hotel Group, London Location - London Package - Up to £150,000 A new role within a hotel brand for an experienced Commercial Director to join the Senior Leadership Team and add value to the growth activities by identifying new commercial opportunities and managing marketing and sales efforts.

We are looking for an astute yet dynamic Commercial Director to help expand the offer, increase customer base, drive conversion and deliver growth plans.
Budgets and financial viability, marketing strategy, concept development and future vision will all fall under your responsibility as well as the task of linking all brand and marketing on an operational platform– providing analytics down to a customer level and delivering practical strategy for onsite use.

Responsibilities: Develop and implement commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to enhance growth Evaluate correctly hotel market mix and revenue forecasts Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities (expansion, business development etc.)
Communication of sales, marketing, PR, distribution marketing and revenue management activity Analyse and review rate and inventory management and strategy effectiveness in a proactive manner Recognize the requirements of existing customers to ensure their needs are being met Acquire new customers and manage client relationships (new and existing) Collaborate with and coordinate diverse teams (marketing, sales, customer service etc.)
Dynamically make recommendations to take full advantage of revenue opportunities Build and maintain profitable partnerships with key stakeholders Monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports for senior management Assist in setting financial targets and budget development and monitoring Be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team contributing to the overall company strategy and goals Prepare, analyse and write up reports to outline the performance of the business Requirements: Proven experience as a commercial director or equivalent role Exceptional commercial acumen and an impressive track record of success in growing a business A strong understanding of all commercial operations, including reservations, selling strategies, account management, development of relationships, establishment and maintenance of budgets, and revenue strategies and yield systems Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset Shows gravitas, builds strong external relationships to enhance and strengthen the company's profile Sets an inspiring example through personal delivery, energy and positivity Excellent organisational and leadership skills Exceptional oral and written communication skills Ability to perform and outline critical analysis Strong and exemplary people management skills Ability to work under pressure and demanding travel schedules Experience in multiple disciplines with knowledge of Marketing, E-commerce, and Finance AMRT1_UKCT
