Commercial Delivery Manager

Delivery Commercial Manager (2 Year FTC) Bristol On-Site £85k-£95k + Car + Benefits Goodman Masson have been tasked with supporting a large housing provider looking for a Delivery Commercial Manager to join their team in Bristol .
You'll play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects, from initial contract negotiation to final handover.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee the commercial aspects of multiple projects, including contract administration, valuation, and dispute resolution.
Ensure compliance with contract terms, regulations, and governance requirements.
Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
Identify, assess, and mitigate commercial risks.
Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
Mentor and guide team members to achieve project objectives.
