OPPURTUNITY FOR A COMMERICIAL DEEP CLEANER TO OPERATE LOCALLY AND IN SURROUNDING AREAS DEEP CLEANING HVAC EQUIPMENT AND KITCHEN EQUIPMENT/SURFACES Job Title: Commercial Deep Clean Operative Location: Midlands - Leicester, Nottingham, Derby, Northampton and surrounding areas Salary: £27,000 - £35,000 Shift Patterns: Monday to Friday or Sunday to Thursday Shift Hours: 8-hour shifts with a 30-minute unpaid break Night Shift: From 6pm onwards (most start at 10pm) Day Shift: From 6am onwards (shift times may vary) Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Cleaning Team Supervisor to lead and manage a team of cleaning staff.
The role involves supervising, training, and supporting the team to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
You will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating cleaning activities, including deep cleaning tasks, to meet client requirements.
Regular quality inspections will be conducted to address any issues and maintain service standards.
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and proper equipment use is essential.
Building strong relationships with clients and providing regular updates on progress will be a key aspect of the role.
Additionally, you will manage records, oversee budgets, and report team performance to senior management.
This position requires excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills to deliver outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities: Clean and maintain HVAC equipment to ensure operational efficiency and cleanliness.
Perform deep cleaning of kitchen equipment, surfaces, and areas to meet industry standards.
Ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness protocols during all cleaning tasks.
Maintain cleanliness of all assigned areas, including regular inspections.
Adhere to all company health and safety policies and procedures.
Work flexible hours, including late-night shifts as required by clients.
Required Experience and Skills: Previous experience in kitchen cleaning or ventilation cleaning is essential.
Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
Good communication and time management skills.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning and hygiene.
