In this exciting and varied role, you'll be working within our Commercial Customer Servicing team, handling customer activities from initial query to completion.
You'll also have the opportunity to support our customer facing colleagues in providing outstanding customer service.Providing a quality service to customers by processing various Admin cases within SLAs and deadlines.Customer service and quality are key, so you'll be aiming to exceed customer expectations through the work you deliver.
You'll be required to communicate in an empathetic and professional way by either telephone or written/email communication.You'll be delivering on customer promises and maintaining good knowledge of products, policies and procedures within a fast-paced environment.
