Commercial Contracts Manager Contract: Permanent, Full-time (37.5 hours per week), Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm Location: Home based with travel as required Salary: £50,000 per annum  SUMMARY  As Commercial Contracts Manager at our client you will be responsible for managing and negotiating commercial contracts to support their occupational health services.
Your primary focus will be on securing favourable terms and conditions that align with their business objectives and ensure profitability.
You will ensure that all contracts are compliant and commercially viable.
This role requires a strategic negotiator with a deep understanding of contract law and commercial practices.
You will work closely with their Sales team, Commercial Team, and clients, ensuring that all contracts are aligned with commercial objectives.
REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ROLE  Bachelor's Degree level or equivalent Demonstrable experience in commercial contract management preferably within the healthcare or occupational health sector Excellent relationship management skills – must be able to build and maintain relationships with senior managers, directors, and key client stakeholders Influencing – must have the ability to influence and negotiate with key decision makers internally and externally Risk Management – must have the ability to identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them Strategic Thinking - must understand the broader business context and be able to align negotiation strategies with company goals Time and Diary Management – must be able to manage own time and diary, whilst working remotely across the UK, attending client meetings and our client's sites where required Excellent knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint is essential Experience of Salesforce is desirable The ability to work under pressure and meet multiple deadlines in line with client and business requirements CORE SKILLS & BEHAVIOURS  Demonstratable commercial acumen  Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving  Highly organised  Able to work as a team and independently  Time planning and priority setting  Adaptable and able to embrace change  Exemplary communication and presentation skills  Strong attention to detail  Decisive thinker  Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions  Ability to influence  Knowledge of negotiation techniques Responsible  Well organised  Professional in appearance and approach  Proactive  Trustworthy and honest  Calm under pressure  Willing to learn new skills Efficient  Enthusiastic and proactive  Results-driven HOW TO APPLY Interested in this Commercial Contracts Manager opportunity?
