Commercial Contracts Lawyer: We have partnered with a multinational telecommunications company who are seeking a Commercial Contracts Lawyer to assist their team on a short term contract.
Key Duties: Coordinate the arrangement and reassignment of customer and supplier contracts between entities for a reorganisation project Work directly with the business teams for individual contracts and negotiations Assist with due diligence and answer queries on contract obligations in relation to assignment, novation and subcontracting Draft various legal documents, including contract amendments, novations, assignment agreements and legal correspondence Job Details: Mid Jan start 2-3 month contract Remote working assignment Full or part time considered Contact: Marnie Andrews Email: ******
