You'll be part of a committed governance team supporting the business to manage its risks by advising colleagues in relation to contracts for the supply of services to our clients.

The role
Reporting to a solicitor in our Bristol office, but with hybrid working options, the role primarily involves reviewing commercial contracts using our AI contract review platform to produce fast and efficient analysis of contracts.

What we are looking for
Excellent written English Keen to develop knowledge and understanding of commercial/contract law Efficient & organised A keen eye for detail and meticulous work ethic Ability to work autonomously and interact with local teams and remote offices Ability to interact with Directors across the firm and other senior staff Confident communicator, written and verbal Ability to work in a confidential and sensitive manner Ability to keep track/report on progress, keep data live and up to date Good IT skills, proficient in MS Outlook, Word & Excel Flexible and adaptive approach to task management Our benefits
