Commercial Contract Administrator

Commercial Contracts Administrator Magherafelt - £24,000 - £28,000 (DOE) I am delighted to be working with a leading building solutions company that works alongside both the public and private sector and are looking for a Commercial Contract Administrator to join them on a permanent basis!
The role: Monitor invoice timelines and cashflow for performance review.
Audit and approving subcontractor invoices.
Monitoring contract compliance and ensuring standards are met and maintained.
Obtain quotes from supply chain, put together estimated costs.
Monitor and manage statutory approvals/certificates for contract compliance.
Log and track team tasks to ensure actions are complete on time.
Monitor and report on progress set by KPIs.
Undertake training and attend meetings when required.
Ad-hoc admin duties as and when required.
What we need from you: Previous administration experience.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working within the construction industry.
IT literate, including Microsoft Office etc.
Effective time management skills, meeting deadlines.
