You will be responsible for managing and supporting a well established team within our permanent recruitment division.
We specialise within the following sectors, Aviation, Construction, Utilities, Data Centres, Fire & Security, Pharmaceutical and Facilities Management which are all future proof and incredibly buoyant markets.

Work closely with the L&D Manager to help develop and support your team
Grow your database by consistently adding new, quality candidates, clients and contacts
Build your own brand awareness within your specialist market
Promote our services to new and existing clients and contacts in order to develop new relationships.

Proven, successful management experience of working within ideally permanent or contract recruitment will be considered
