Commercial / Commercial Property Solicitor A fast-growing and friendly practice in Datchet, Berkshire, is seeking an experienced Commercial Solicitor with at least 1 year's PQE to join its dynamic team.
This exciting opportunity is perfect for a motivated solicitor looking for a varied and interesting mix of commercial and commercial property work in a client-facing role.
Key Responsibilities: Manage a range of commercial property matters, including buying and selling commercial property, drafting and reviewing commercial leases, and handling property transactions.
Advise on commercial contracts, including reviewing and drafting terms and conditions, asset purchase agreements, share purchase agreements, and shareholders and partnership agreements.
Handle Companies House formalities and provide guidance on the Companies Act.
Review and draft legal documents and agreements with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Provide clear, practical, and effective advice to clients, ensuring excellent client service.
Work autonomously, managing a diverse caseload efficiently and meeting deadlines.
Key Requirements: A qualified solicitor with at least 1 year's PQE in commercial law, with a focus on commercial property.
Proven experience in buying and selling commercial property, commercial leases, and drafting and reviewing commercial agreements.
Strong technical knowledge of the Companies Act and experience with Companies House formalities.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a client-focused, professional approach.
Ability to work unsupervised, manage a caseload efficiently, and maintain attention to detail.
IT proficient with a good knowledge of MS Office and case management systems.
Commercial and financial awareness with a solid understanding of complex commercial matters.
Ideally based locally, with some client following preferred.
