Job Title: Commercial Claims Handler Location: Birmingham/Hybrid Competitive Salary based on Experience We are pleased to be partnered with a leading independent Broker currently seeking an experienced Commercial Claims Handler to join their expanding team in Birmingham, focusing on Commercial Property, Liability and Motor Claims
This role is highly customer-focused, requiring you to deliver excellent claims service.
Your proven experience in handling all classes of commercial claims will allow you to manage claims efficiently from start to finish.

Role Responsibilities
Manage claims across multiple products such as Property, Liability, Motor, ensuring service standards are met or exceeded.
Maintain an efficient claims diary system, ensuring claims are followed up as required.
Provide claims information and reports to internal teams and clients as needed.
Ensure complex claims are handled according to company procedures.
Acknowledge new claims to both clients and insurers, keeping clients informed to achieve the best outcomes.
Meet with clients to present claims information.
Experience:
at least 2 years Commercial Claims experience Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service Knowledge of Acturis is desirable but not essential CII certification desirable, option for company support to undertake Highly organized with excellent time management and problem-solving skills, able to multitask effectively and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
