An exciting opportunity to join an established Building Services company based in the Swindon area.
CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for a Mobile Commercial catering Engineer to carry out planned and reactive commercial catering maintenance and install across a mixed commercial contract.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance and install and ideally live in the Swindon area.
This position would be ideal for a Mobile Commercial catering engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on progression.
In return, the company is offering a competitive salary up to £43,000 with a potential route into further career progression.
The successful candidate will be a commercial catering engineer with GasSafe commercial catering qualifications, Comcat 1,3 and 5 as a minimum.
Extensive experience in commercial catering maintenance and install is essential including Gas and electrical duties in particular.
Experience or qualifications in other disciplines is essential such as electrical, mechanical or Air conditioning.
Experience in Oil, LPG and Biomass tickets would be advantageous.
Key Duties: Undertake reactive repairs on commercial catering and ware-washing equipment.
Undertake tasks in accordance with structured program of planned preventative maintenance in accordance with (as an example SFG20) to ensure enhance equipment reliability and longevity.
Undertake and assist the installation and commissioning of plant and equipment, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Regularly calibrate and test equipment to ensure it meets operational and safety standards.
Undertake where required detailed asset tagging to identify new equipment and enable effective life cycle management of contact assets.
Support with the identification of inefficient or end of Life equipment.
Maintain detailed records of all maintenance & repair activities.
Conduct point of work risk assessments to ensure safety protocols are followed.
Continuously stay updated with the latest trade-relevant regulations and industry standards to ensure compliance and best practices.
Be an active part of the "On Call" system to provide support and maintenance services outside of regular working hours.
