Job Description Commercial and Intellectual Property Legal Secretary Location: Oxford Hours: Full time and office based Salary: £28,000 per annum   ACS has teamed up with a successful U.K wide legal firm and a result have an exciting opportunity for a Secretary to join their Commercial and Intellectual Property team in Oxford.
These friendly teams are looking for someone with excellent secretarial skills to operate on a pool structure, working between both teams.
You will be supporting them with a range of tasks in a timely and efficient way.
  Some of your duties will include: \n Performing a variety of administrative duties; \n Document management; \n Transcribing and proof-reading letters, emails and other correspondence; \n Audio typing and some file management; \n Typing of documents and track amendments; \n Scanning, paginating and photocopying; \n Providing general administration support to the team \n PA duties including board minutes, travel arrangements etc.
\n   A little about you \n Strong document management skills, preferably legal documentation such as numbering and amending documents; \n Confidence in formatting documents; \n Excellent written and oral communication skills; \n A good eye for detail; \n Good organisation and time management abilities; \n Excellent team player; \n Great typing skills; \n Motivated with a strong commitment to learning; and \n   Prior legal secretarial experience within either Commercial and Intellectual Property would be advantageous
