Contract Administrator Rugby (Near Town) 0800 - 1630 Mon - Fri (office based) £12.00 p/hour (rising to £13.78 p/hour once perm) Full Time - Temp 2 Perm We are looking for 2 x Contract Administrators to start a full time, temp 2 perm role within a busy office in the Rugby area.
This is a very busy, fast paced role where you take incoming calls from tenants who might have issues with windows, calls from project managers asking for details of windows that has been made to order or customers wanting to arrange collection / change orders.
You will be using the phone, respond to emails, dipping in and out of Excel as responding within tight deadlines.
Its fast paced, there is always something to do and it's a small, close-knit team.
To be considered - you MUST be local to Rugby, fully computer literate, confident with Excel and a cool, calm communicator on the phone.
Training will be course be given but you need to be able to work within a fast-paced environment and not scared of the phone.
In return for your hard work - this role offers you: £12.00 p/hour (rising to £13.78 once perm) 40 hours paid per week.
