Job Description As Commercial Administrator you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Network Development, Commercial, and Senior Management teams.
You will facilitate partner recruitment and engagement through document preparation, data reporting, and KPI tracking.
The role involves managing partner inquiries, maintaining communications with partners, conducting area research, and assisting with external marketing initiatives.
Additionally, this role supports the Commercial Director in managing internal platforms, helps coordinate partner events, and takes on small projects aligned with the administrator's skill set to further support the business.
What will you be doing?
Provide full administrative support to Network Development team, Commercial department and Senior Management team To support the recruitment of new partners by producing documents, data, reports and KPIs including: Partner Contracts, Process Changes, Recruitment Packs including non-disclosure agreements, Area profiles and maps, Recruitment Campaigns Manage and record enquiries via info gathering submissions, TPN landing pages, e-mail leads and customer-related enquiries Build strong relationships with TPN partners by maintaining communications throughout the recruitment process and aftercare Assist in area research for new partner recruitment and partner sales utilising Hubspot, Fame, and other resources provided To assist with external marketing on behalf of TPN and their Partners Support the Commercial Director in managing in-house platforms Assist and support the business with the planning and organisation of Partner events.
Manage small projects aligned with the administrator's skill set to further support the business Qualifications Strong Administrative Skills – Proficient in providing high-level administrative support, including document management, reporting, and KPI tracking.
Professional Experience in a Commercial Environment – Previous experience in a support role within a commercial or network development team, ideally within logistics or partner-driven industries, to understand business processes and client needs.
Adaptability for Project Work – Flexible and open to taking on small projects that match the role's skill set, adding value to the team's initiatives.
Technical Proficiency – Experience in using CRM platforms and in-house tools, with the ability to support the Commercial Director in managing these systems.
Marketing Support Experience – Familiarity with assisting in external marketing initiatives, supporting brand awareness for TPN and its partners.
