Commercial Account Handler - Part Time

Role: Commercial Account Handler  Contract: Part time (C20 hours) Location: Wigan  We are seeking a dedicated and experienced part-time Commercial Account Handler to join our clients team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Commercial Insurance team in providing excellent service to our clients.
Responsibilities Work closely with the Commercial Insurance team to manage a portfolio of clients and provide exceptional account handling services.
Assist in processing insurance policies, renewals, and endorsements.
Review client accounts and identify potential coverage gaps or additional insurance needs.
Build strong relationships with clients, underwriters, and other stakeholders.
Provide support and expertise to clients on insurance products, claims, and risk management.
Qualifications Proven experience in commercial insurance and account handling.
Strong understanding of various commercial insurance products and coverages.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to effectively prioritize tasks in a dynamic work environment.
Professional certifications such as CII or ACII are a plus.
Part-time availability with flexibility to work during standard business hours.
Day-to-day Collaborate with the Commercial Insurance team to review client accounts and identify opportunities for additional coverage.
Communicate with clients to gather necessary information for policy processing and underwriting.
Liaise with underwriters to negotiate terms and secure the best coverage options for clients.
Stay updated on industry trends and changes in insurance regulations to provide informed advice to clients.
