Commercial Account Executive

As an Account Executive I bet you You the same New Business Account Executive roles time and time again, the problem is you are not interested in starting over again and to be honest, why would you wan to do it?
How about looking after a book of business for 12 months, no new business targets just servicing the clients whilst the Account Executive is on maternity leave.
