Commercial Account Executive

Infinity Employment are seeking a Commercial Account Executive for our client based in Segensworth, specialising in Commercial and Property Insurance.
Hybrid Working for the right person.Must have had experience with commercial insurers.
Salary negotiable based on knowledge and experience £25,000 - £48,000 for a Senior level.
Main role : - Negotiate with insurers on best policy terms for clients - Identify and generate new business lead and cross- sale opportunities - Build long term relationships with new and existing clients - Comply and maintain company standards in line with FCA requirements - Provide technical advice and solutions where required - Give your support with the company growth Skills required : - Min 2 years commercial insurance experience - Previous experience within the commercial market and industry network - Customer service and relationship handling - Highly driven and a passion for success - Extensive experience in communication, negotiation and networking skills with all parties - Strong and confident when dealing with issues and challenges - Has the aptitude to take responsibility for their own workload Desirable : - Experience using Acturis - Cert CII Benefits : - 25 days holiday - On-site Gym - Private medical and Dental insurance - Car allowance - Competitive Industry Salary - Life Insurance - Performance bonus - Progression within an organisation growing rapidly - Free on-site parking - Support in obtaining CII Qualifications - Bonus scheme Hours : 08.30 1700 Office based with hybrid working for the right person Licence required : - Driving licence is required TPBN1_UKTJ
