Key Responsibilities: Developing and maintaining a personal pipeline of new business opportunities.
Providing clients with expert advice on new business quotations, coverage options, and guiding them through to renewals.
Working closely with clients to expand and optimize their coverage, ensuring they have the appropriate protection.
Collaborating with the broking and support teams to ensure all documentation is accurate and complete.
Actively negotiating with underwriters to secure the best possible terms for clients.
Managing all cases in a compliant, timely manner.
Meeting and maintaining income and retention targets.
