You will serve as a consultant to ensure all communications reflect our Spirit behaviours and our goal of being the top choice for customer experience.
• You will prepare detailed briefing packs to support product launch • You will represent the Communication and Capability team at key meetings with stakeholders in relation to projects • You will ensure cross functional plans are aligned and consistent with regular & timely progress updates for key stakeholders• You will support and develop the relationship between Commercial Operations and our external communications platform provider (Thrive) • You will work with stakeholders to evaluate the effectiveness of communication interventions with feedback and data on quality of implementation, training completion rates, readership and engagement statistics Who you are• You will have a strong understanding of the Training & Comms Governance and delivery process • You will have key administrative skills including extensive Excel skills, Microsoft PowerPoint & Outlook.
Aswell as good written and verbal communication skills• You will be self-motivated with the ability to work independently and effectively manage time, prioritising customer needs • You will have strong stakeholder management skills with experience working cross-functionally • You will be passionate about customer and employee experience
