Job summary An excellent opportunity has become available to join us as a Colorectal Specialist Nurse.As a member of our team, you will work closely with all members of the multi-professional team to ensure that patients receive seamless care within the Trust and the community.Key Responsibilities: Provide specialist advice to support the assessment, planning, and implementation of individualized care.Deliver care programs and interventions as needed, ensuring a high standard of nursing practice.Carry out specialized nursing procedures with competence and confidence.Contribute to the development and delivery of education and training programs for staff and learners, enhancing their skills and knowledge.
