Making & taking calls to & from customers to establish reasons for non-paymentOffering payment solutions to customers in order to restore non-paying customers to good bookNegotiate agreeable repayment terms in accordance with FCA principals of TCFQuickly identify vulnerable individuals and escalate these cases with our special support teamQuickly identifying cases that require escalation to our Insolvencies team where appropriate What are we looking for in the successful candidate?This is a rapidly moving, hectic & multi-tasking environment, where you need to be able to handle high volume calls corresponding with customers in a fast paced and efficient manner.
