Key Responsibilities: Deliver first-class service to merchants experiencing payment challenges.
Manage high-value accounts in arrears with sensitivity and professionalism.
Handle both inbound and outbound communications—calls, emails, and letters.
Build strong relationships to understand merchant circumstances and negotiate solutions.
Implement tailored repayment plans, balancing merchant needs and company interests.
Keep accurate records across multiple systems to ensure efficient case management.
What We're Looking For: Experience in Credit Control, Collections, or Debt Recovery (min.
1 year).
Fluent in both English and German.
Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
Strong problem-solving abilities—adaptable and quick on your feet.
Business acumen and a genuine enthusiasm for supporting small businesses.
Desirable Skills: Knowledge of insolvency processes and legal escalations.
Experience with CRM systems like HubSpot.
Proficiency in Excel and data management.
Attention to detail with a proactive, can-do attitude.
