They are looking to appoint a Collaboration Engineer who will play a crucial role in providing escalated support while implementing various projects.
There will be a focus on Cisco Voice technology and Microsoft Teams.

Key Responsibilities: Implement Cisco Collaboration Solutions :
Deployment of Cisco Unified Communications, Cisco WebEx, Cisco Jabber, and other collaboration platforms.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams software.
Provide technical expertise in integrating Cisco collaboration tools with existing infrastructures.
Ensure seamless interoperability across various communication platforms (audio, video, and messaging).
Support and Troubleshoot :
Provide ongoing support for Cisco collaboration platforms, troubleshooting technical issues, and delivering timely resolutions.
Perform system upgrades, patches, and health checks on collaboration systems.
Monitor system performance and provide recommendations for optimization.
Client Consultation and Training :
Act as the technical liaison with clients, understanding their collaboration needs and providing tailored solutions.
Conduct training sessions for clients on Cisco collaboration tools and best practices.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with network engineers, system administrators, and other stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and delivery of collaboration projects.
Contribute to project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for Cisco collaboration initiatives.
