GENERAL SUMMARY The Subject Matter Expert will provide subject matter expertise across various inhouse and client contract specifications and will be called upon to provide coatings expertise for all inhouse issues.
The role will be part of the Inhouse Paint Team.
Actively contributes to all team activities aimed at improving plant performance through implementation of continuous improvement.
Suggest improvements to plant, process, and operating procedures.
Manage the Painting Personnel – assigning daily work scope to painting personnel in collaboration with the inhouse supervisor.
