We're excited to be recruiting for this Apprentice Development Coach to join a well-established, national training company dedicated to empowering learners.
This home-based role offers flexibility and the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives.
About the Role: In this rewarding position, you'll provide personalised, one-to-one coaching support to learners undertaking their Level 3 Apprenticeships.
With no technical skills required, this role is about bringing your people skills, motivational energy, and coaching expertise to guide learners through their journey.
You'll work primarily from home, with a commitment to join the team in Leicester for one day every two weeks.
What You'll Need to Succeed: Coaching or Mentoring Experience: Proven experience in coaching, mentoring, or teaching roles, ideally supporting learners in their development.
Relationship-Building Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to foster trust and rapport with each learner.
Self-Motivation and Independence: The ability to work independently while managing your schedule effectively.
Organisational Skills: Excellent planning and organisation skills to support learners through structured milestones and goals.
