Job Description: As a Co-Founder at Natter, you will play a vital role in driving the commercial success of our platform.
Your primary focus will be on lead generation, establishing strategic partnerships, and driving sales across all business verticals.
You will work closely with the CEO and CTO to align business strategies with company goals and help scale Natter into the leading digital wellness platform.
Key Responsibilities: Strategic Partnerships: Build and manage relationships with health professionals, wellness brands, and corporate clients to expand Natter's offerings and reach.
Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategies to identify, engage, and convert potential partners and clients, ensuring a strong pipeline of opportunities.
Corporate Wellness Sales: Drive sales of Natter's corporate wellness solutions, including group memberships and tailored services for companies.
Revenue Growth: Collaborate on pricing strategies and identify opportunities to maximize revenue through strategic partnerships and client relationships.
Community & Client Engagement: Establish trust and lasting relationships with both health professionals and corporate clients to foster loyalty and retention.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with the CEO and CTO to ensure business initiatives align with product development and overall business goals.
Qualifications: Passion: A genuine passion for making the world a healthier, happier place and contributing to Natter's mission.
Experience: 5-7+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales, preferably in the digital health.
Sales Acumen: A proven track record of driving revenue and closing high-value partnerships and deals.
Networking Skills: Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills, with an ability to influence decision-makers.
Strategic Mindset: Ability to identify opportunities and develop innovative solutions to meet business goals.
Leadership: Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing cross-functional projects.
Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment, embracing challenges and finding solutions.
Compensation: Equity: This is a sweat equity position until funding is secured.
The selected candidate will receive a significant equity stake in the company, with the potential to transition into a funded role as the company grows.
Validation: Strong Social Media Presence: Over 200k followers across our social media channels, offering a robust platform for engagement.
Proven Market Entry: Successfully launched on both iOS and Google Play.
