Job Title: CNC Turner Programmer – Prototrak Job Type: Permanent Salary: £37.5K Schedule: Days Monday – Friday 8am – 4:30 Overtime available x1.5 , Saturday 8 – 1pm x1.5 after 1pm x2, Sunday x2 Based in Ellesmere Port, our client provide hydraulic solutions & support services for a multitude of industries' and have done so for over 30 years.
Job description The role of CNC Turning, setter operator will include the following duties: Programming, Setting & Operating xyz Turning machines.
Be able to use basic inspection equipment.
The ideal candidate will: Have proven experience of programming, setting and operating Turning machines using Prototrak.
Be able to demonstrate the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Ideally have an engineering apprenticeship however experience is the overriding factor.
Overtime/additional hours may be required, depending on the workload of the business.
Be able to work well on their own as well as part of a team.
Producing high-quality work to fine tolerances.
Professional and self-motivated attitude.
Good organisational & time management skills.
